Scope

This page explains how to request deletion of personal data collected by Lemonedia (trading name of the registered business of Yuval Guy) - whether collected via our website (contact forms, newsletter) or in the course of the marketing-management and AI-agent services we operate for business clients, including data obtained through Meta APIs (ad accounts, business Pages, and leads) with the client's authorization.

How to request deletion - step by step

1. Email office@lemonedia.co.il with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
2. Include your full name and an identifying detail - the email address or phone number you provided; business clients: your business name
3. We will acknowledge your request within 7 business days
4. Deletion will be completed within 30 days of the request, and a confirmation will be sent to you

What gets deleted

• Contact and identification details collected through the website
• Lead data obtained from campaigns (for business clients - subject to the instructions of the client who owns the data)
• Access tokens to accounts and digital assets - revoked and deleted
• AI-agent data and memory associated with the relevant client workspace

Data we are legally required to retain (e.g., accounting records) is kept only for the legally required period, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Removing access via Meta

Clients who granted our app access to their Meta assets can additionally revoke that access at any time, directly from their Facebook account: Settings → Security and Login → Business Integrations → select the Lemonedia app → Remove. Revoking access disconnects us immediately.

Similarly, permissions granted to us on other platforms (Google, TikTok, Microsoft, Outbrain, Taboola) can be revoked at any time via that platform's security/permissions settings, or by emailing us.
